today is a bad start. early morning wake up felt a pain at my right achilles.
tot dat it will go off, so wen off to work.
when i reaching ofc, i think its too serious, cos i'm limping my way thr.

so i decide to see a doc, and got a MC. but the strange thing is the MC says i got tension headache, instead something related to my leg. and oso medication given includes gastric pain. i dun recall telling the doc abt having gastric pain & headache.

aft clearing my things in ofc, i make my way back hm.
wen to buy a ankle support and lunch back.

then spend the day at hm. lunch was not filling, so had cup noodles to make it full.
think lunch was filling dat i fall asleep. had a nap and woke up 2 hrs ltr.

i was wondering is it dat pple know dat i'm sleeping. aft waking up, msn msg & calls came in.
so accurate!

saw a sms from buddy with her concerns of me. thanks for concern buddy. anyway i made up my mind for not going to holiday in may, aft looking my bank acct, although pay jus got in.
told jo abt my decision and will try to save up for jap trip in oct instead.

hopefully i will recover fast. or else will miss my gym regime for next wk.
