jus back from RT... shagged out after 1x2KM run & 6x400m track running with timing for each round clocking at 1min 50sec, though i make it all below it. think my running shld be able to make it. aft the run, wen to the static stations to trial on chin-up, sbj & shuttle-run. no issue for chin-up & shuttle-run, but it seems dat i can't make it for sbj... maybe becos of the running beforehand. hope i'm able to make it on thursday.

earlier on was driving in bro's car. bro nids to help his fren to drive his car to his new hse and park. perhaps his fren is not available, so he help out. i drive him to yishun 1st to get his fren's car, aft dat is a convoy to jurong. it was a heavy downpour to jurong. but i find i'm used to driving bro's car, cos partly becos the clutch is not so low as b4. so quite ok

aft the driving, bro drop mi off at north point as the timing was abit odd to go hm. wen window shop for awhile, saw some discount for shoes. no bad looking though, but i've overspent this mth partly of the phone dat i got & the usual makan/drinking session. maybe nxt mth perhaps.

pray man! hopefully i can pass for this thursday IPPT, den i can plan for a holiday!

went to COMEX on friday wit JC & ZS. initially to bring her colleague from HKG thr but they wen to chinese garden instead, so its just the usual pple. pop into Rohana at COMEX... heard that she maybe buying macbook & her husband looking for LCD monitor. for mi, i bought bluetooth headset & microSD card for my new phone. bought a gift for ZS for his birthday as his is on monday. ZS was looking for laptop & camera. he's quite tempted to buy, and wit me buy his side will try to psycho him. aft COMEX, we wen ovr to Tony Roma's for dinner to celebrate with him in advance.



quite a sumptuous meal i would say. we had drinks too, to go wit the food. initial plan was to jus hav a simple dinner after COMEX & go over to usual drinking place. but i'm not feeling well, so change of plan. maybe next wk bro, if i pass my IPPT next Thursday.

We ordered half onion loaf, 1 Roma's feast & half slab Baby Back Ribs. Quite a lot as you can see & with a small eater JC, the majority depends on me & ZS. felt i had a 3mth baby in me aft the meal. gosh... its hard to shed the fats off & now i'm gaining back.

I like the taste of the ribs & the taste of the corn is sweet. just dat its cold. or else its gd. had some jokes during the dinner. 1 of it is the recent case dat happened in HKG. JC mentioned a song was even made for this incident. damn interesting. hehe. but i would say this guy is really sad case. dinner lasted for ard 2hrs & every1 seems to haf a 3 mth baby.

was a busy day yesterday. morning call customer on some concerns of product & guided him over the phone on some stuff. feel quite happy after that. maybe because someone appreciates the work i've done.

after that had a dept meeting. blood boil abit over work stuff. luckily it nvr boil too long.

after meeting, had lunch & stuck with email system, as some issue to it. was helping my colleague till 9pm. luckily realized that some minor things are being blocked. he will need to enable the necessary stuff later.

will be having RT later, so can't go for COMEX. will be gng on Fri instead.
weather looks super unfriendly now. better go off. blog again...

yesterday wen out with JC to watch Cyborg She at vivo. Check out my review here. After the movie was shopping, trying to psycho her to buy things but in vain. Instead, I was the 1 who is buying alot of things. Below shows the items that I bought yesterday, closed to $400. haiz... try to psycho someone, in the end i got it myself. there's a saying in Chinese, 害人害己. initially did not buy anything, but after thinking for a while, i've decided to go for it. i should blame myself and no 1.


dinner was at sushi tei. JC make the order as she wanted to eat alot of stuff, so i leave it to her to decide. ZC did not come, so both of us took photos of the food we taken. trying to make ZC envious. the menu is quite nice, quite a big one is should say. the seats we had was gd, facing the sea opposite of sentosa.



the main dish that we had is the lobster sashimi, with the lobster shells to make the miso soup. not so fantastic for the sashimi as it is not so chilled. it will taste good when chilled. but the miso soup did not disappoint us. it was superb i would say. taste very lobsterish (new word I come out with... hehe).



another dish i find delicious is yakiniku salad with sesame sauce. it tastes good without any sauce but it tastes best with the sesame sauce. Indeed delicious with the recommendation by the chef.


2 other dishes we had is the tako wasabi & aburi salmon belly


it tastes normal, just normal grilled salmon, whereas tako wasabi is quite special with the wasabi taste in it. during the dinner, we had our usual chit-chatting, gossiping abt work stuff. anyway, she's leaving for another company by end of this week. there goes my neighbour. we'll maybe meet up sometimes for movie or makan session.

aft the dinner, we wen to harbourfront to buy some snacks, whereas i was at this pushcart stall looking for some pendant. some of the pendant i quite like it, but there is some flaw on it & its the only 1 left, so no choice but to look at some other stuff. in the end got a necklace that has the pendant with a wheel of horoscope signs.


aft that, we walk back to vivo. i decided to get the F480 cos dun really feel like gng out today. oso, i bought a Mizuno t-shirt & sneaker ball, partly paid by the voucher from H-Two-O.
aft that we wen McDonald as JC craves for ice-cream. this time, at least the ice-cream is more than liang court's Mc. After the ice-cream, then we depart the place & its home-sweet-home.

today is a cooling weather. good for napping. will blog again.

yesterday watch Death Race with ZC. Its a awesome movie. Check out my review blog here. Had dinner at MS food court, some jap bento set. Nothing special about it. Tot they will have their wasabi cream. Think they are out of stock. After dat, was walking back to MRT. Along the way, there is fireworks so jus pop by & have a look. I did not bring my cam, so leave it to
ZC to be the photographer. when he on his cam, he realised that the batt is running low & b4 he can take any photos, it jus off by itself without retracting back the lens. so he has no choice but to hold the camera on his hand back home. hopefully he's able to get the lens back in once he charged his cam.

this morning is a cooling day, maybe becos rain subsided awhile ago. had the carbonara pasta that I bought in cold storage. its the instant version. so quite easy to handle. but the taste sucks. its either I put too much water in it or i nvr do much stirring. the cheese tastes bitter when its near to the bottom of the cup. think i'll condemn this nxt time. some things are best taken when cooked & not instant method. will be gng to watch cyborg she later.

yesterday was a drinking session at Harry's @ Shenton Way, the usual threesome.
i ordered 1 pint of erdinger beer. smooth when it is chilled, yucks when it's not chilled.
ordered johnny walker's black label on the rock as the 2nd drink. starting to appreciate hard liquor on the rock, maybe becos age is catching up & trying to go for stronger alcohol.

had dinner oso at there, not bad as cheese is on top of the ham.



since working the next day, left the place after the 2nd drink. reach home & my fav rojak awaits me. yummy



have been fixing my entertainment hard disk for the past few days, as i think there is bad sector on the hard disk. spend a long time to recover files. but lost quite alot oso. haiz sad case. things start to fail me again. even my shoe bag that i use for gym, the zipper is not doing its job.

jus bought a new bag jus now after RT...
RT is shagging me. total mileage of 4km, splitted to 2km each. after the 1st run was doing chin-up, after the 2nd run was having shuttle-run training. now the whole body aches, partly from the RT training & partly from the gym on tues.

anyway will sleep early today to recuperate. tomorrow will be watching death race & cyborg, she on saturday. will update the review on my review blog after watching.

had dinner ytd wit frens at this steamboat restaurant in chinatown.
quite empty when we 1st reached, but as time gets late, more & more pple are coming in.
its lucky that we reached early.

as its a self service type of steam boat, we get to get the raw food at our choice, which i find not bad, but some food is jus not available to get. for example is the sliced pork, which is gone immediately it is dished out. (typical Singaporean, i will say)


anyway, we ordered 2 soup base (chicken & tom yam). The tom yam tasted not so sour & spicy, instead I find it "sweet", comparing it with mee siam (if you guys understand what I meant).

but after this meal, i think i gained a new nick. Tau pok man. haha basically all the tau pok is eaten by me & yes, I would not say all but majority of the tau poks are eaten by me. I jus like to eat tau pok & i like to squeeze out the soup absorbed by it (nice feeling!!!).

while eating, we chit-chatted & tok abt topics that (i would say) is disgusting. not many pple can take that type of conversation, but i started it since everyone is so close, at least if any1 is not keen in listening, i'll stop it. but it seems everyone dun mind, so I jus spill out all the nonsense ideas from the tom-yam flavoured mouth. maybe my nonsense has been sealed up for quite a long time, & it was jus a nice time to break the seal (for jus the day).
